Bill Rowell, owner of Foxy Lingerie, notes some key changes: “COVID-19 has shifted shoppers into considering purchasing their lingerie online. A lot of brick and mortar stores were closed [temporarily] so really the only option people had was to go online. I also think people are buying lingerie now when perhaps they wouldn’t have before. With so many couples stuck at home, I think they’re making the best of the situation and using lingerie to spice their love life up a bit.”

Let’s be real, we’ve all  made a quick dash into the nearest store to grab a spare pair of socks or, ahem, slightly more comfortable underwear in situations that so desperately call for it.

Which is why it’s all the more exciting to know that a simple collaboration with several Australian lingerie experts has led to the creation of two new luxe ranges that come in at a fraction of the price you’d normally pay for a designer-worthy pair of undies.

On Wednesday, 4 December 2019, the reality star took to Instagram to announce the availability of the Summer collection of her lingerie line, Bonang for Distraction. The lingerie line was launched in collaboration with retail giant, Woolworths. Included in the collection is the Wave Lurex Lace Padded Plunge Demi-cup Bra, which retails at R329 and the Wave Lurex Lace Brazilians, which retails at R150.
