Kevin, whose birthday was marked with a surprise party thrown by his pals on Saturday, displayed his muscle-bound physique in a pair of white swimming shorts.
The couple’s getaway comes a month after they were pictured sunning themselves aboard a luxury yacht off the shores of Ibiza.
Looking every inch the beach babe in her skimpy swimwear, Izabel recently revealed that looking good is all about confidence.
‘I don’t wake up everyday thinking I have to look good, but I wake up everyday thinking I want to feel happy,’ the model told Elle last year.
‘I want to walk in a room and be able to make people smile and laugh. It’s all about confidence.’
The brunette beauty divulged that she maintains her perfectly toned figure with a combination of Pilates, kickboxing, running and body-weight training.
She added that she likes to go for intense workouts and wants to be pushed by her trainer.
‘I tell my trainers… to train me like I will become a professional in that sport. If you have focus, motivation and dedication, you can accomplish your goals.’
