Marianne’s was opened in 1986 to provide women with hard to find brand names and sizes and to provide women who have had a mastectomy with access to specialized bras and breast forms.
In 2011, I became the proud owner of Marianne’s and have worked hard to continue the legacy of providing educated and attentive service to women of all shapes and sizes.
We added more staff and are working towards providing the best customer service possible. We listened to our valued customer base and brought in 3 Plus Size lines. Ladies, these fashions are designed in Denmark and are fun, and fashionable, for us curvy girls!
In the Lingerie Department, the focus is trying to find beautiful classy items with tons of bust support.
Our Mastectomy Boutique has been expanded. We have lots of beautiful mastectomy bras with matching panties and a wide selection of prostheses. Staff experts are available to explain the pros and cons of each of the products and to help you find something that is comfortable and fashionable.
We welcomed three amazing new lingerie brands in our Bra Lounge and are awaiting one new brand in the spring Swim Wear/Cruise Wear. We have been named the largest Swim Wear/ Cruise Wear boutique in Eastern Ontario with lots of new brands coming in with cup sizing. Wow! Plus size Fashion Swimwear!!!!!
And last but not least our sleepwear. Beautiful terry robes! 100% silk PJ’s! 95% Bamboo PJ’s! Model and cotton night gowns! Sleep sweaters – OOH so cozy! And … we didn’t forget about something for that special evening.
