Bend over & gently shake your shoulders to allow your breasts to fall into your bra. Stand up again & fasten the bra.

The back is the most important part of your bra, as it provides 70% of support. The correct size ensures that the back section fits around the body, lifting the breasts.

Very few of us have breasts that are the same size, so adjust the straps separately. Each breast is then supported  & your breasts become symmetrical.

Make sure the straps don’t move loosely over the shoulders. Tighter shoulder straps cause marks & provide only 10% of the support!

The fabric connecting the two cups must rest on your breastbone & fit comfortably. If it ‘floats’, you are not wearing the right size.

While you are putting on your bra, the underwire should open up a little to enable it to fit nicely around your breasts. If the underwire pinches your skin, the bra is too large. If the underwire pinches the breast tissue, it is too small.
